Hugh Pearce and Malcolm Gulliver are organising the March Ramble to Nash lane , Barwick and Summerhouse hill from the Quicksilver Mail (route may change dependent on conditions on day)

The Quicksilver will be open from 09.15 and the walk will start at 09.45. There is parking at the rear.
The walk is approx 5 miles, fairly flat with a mixture of lanes and public footpaths. Could be a little muddy in places if wet. There are approximately 3 stiles to negotiate. (One Stile at Barwick has a high bank access with steps that need caution and it's also advised to keep to the LHS of footpath along Newton road to avoid slipping down bank)It is hoped to return by 12.30 for lunch at 13.00.
