Liverpool Experience - 5 day, 4 night break Monday 5th May to Friday 9th May 2025
Monday 5th May:
South West Coaches will arrive at Westlands Entertainment Centre at 07.30.am ready to depart at 08.00 am. You will then travel North with suitable comfort stops at Gloucester Services and Trentham for Lunch.
Tuesday 6th May:
At 10.00 am we will enjoy a 2-hour Tour of Liverpool with a local guide where you will learn all about Liverpool and its musical and historic heritage and landmarks.
In the afternoon we have a visit to Crosby Beach, some 2.5 miles Northwest from Liverpool to view the ‘Another Place’ Antony Gormley statues; these have been a permanent fixture since 2007and are self-modelled metal sculptures in position over a huge area of Crosby Beach
Wednesday 7th May:
Leisure Day for you to explore many of Liverpool’s many attractions, museums, galleries, cathedrals. etc. There are two different Hop on Hop off sightseeing buses which are reasonably priced at £12/£14 per person if you choose not to walk
Thursday 8th May:
Wrap up warm this morning as we have a 50-minute Mersey River Cruise booked for 11.am. You will enjoy incredible views of Liverpool and the Wirral’s iconic waterfronts and stunning skyline
Friday 9th May:
Heading Back Home - Today we will head back Yeovil, with suitable stops for coffee and lunch, arriving home late afternoon
